Hush
Support
Hush is a quiet companion for smoking less, or not at all. If something isn't working, or you'd just like to say something, we read every message.

Hush+ and purchases
- How do I restore a purchase?
- Open Hush, go to You → Membership → Restore purchases. You'll also find Restore at the foot of the Hush+ screen. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so use the same one you bought with.
- How does the free week work?
- Yearly and Monthly plans start with 7 days free, if your Apple Account hasn't had the trial before. You won't be charged during that week. After it, the plan renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the week ends.
- How do I cancel or change my plan?
- In Hush, go to You → Membership → Manage. You can also go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Hush+ until the end of the period you've paid for.
- What is Lifetime?
- A single payment for everything in Hush+, with no subscription and no expiry. It's offered once, after the first look at Hush+.
- Can I get a refund?
- Payments are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
- Where is my data kept?
- On your iPhone, and nowhere else. Hush has no account, no sign-in and no server. We never see what you log.
- I have a new phone. Will my history come with me?
- Yes, if you restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one. Hush's data travels inside your device backup.
- How do I start over?
- Go to You → Reset → Reset everything. It clears every log, milestone and setting. Deleting the app also removes all of its data.
- Apple Health
- Connecting Apple Health is optional. Hush only reads a few measurements (resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, VO₂ max, sleep) to show how they've changed, and never writes to Health. To stop it, go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Hush.
Using Hush
- Notifications are too much, or not enough.
- Go to You → Notifications to turn the morning line, milestones or evening check-in on or off, and to set their times.
- Widgets
- Long-press your Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, and search for Hush. "I feel like smoking" is free for everyone; the other widgets come with Hush+.
- Something looks wrong
- Please write to us with your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
A note on health
Hush shares what the research says about quitting and the body. It isn't medical advice. If you're finding it hard, a doctor, pharmacist or your local quitline can help.
